Lifetime Warranty
All purchases include a lifetime warranty for product defects. If your Pit Vipers are in F*ckedtown and you're not sure how they got there, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you ASAP. Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect, but reach out to our customer service team anyway. If you catch Brian on a good day, he may request a dramatic reenactment video of the event that led to your Pit Vipers' tragic end in exchange for a deal.
Check out some of our favorite submissions below. We will not warranty Pit Vipers that have been altered. Don’t come crying to us if you screwed up your DIY project.
