Every order ships from The Pit Viper Center For World Domination in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
For customers that place orders before 12pm (noon) Mountain Time, we will do our best to get your package out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time will ship out on the following business day.
If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you selected Overnight Shipping. We are not Amazon, our shipping crew has to go home at some point).
Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time or delivery.
You will receive a tracking code from us when your Pit Vipers ship, along with a wicked video of us shipping your shades. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. They like to hide there.
Shipping in the US is FREE for orders over $49.00. Orders under $49.00 will be $10.00 to ship.

Priority upgrade shipping is $15 and will take about2-4 business days for delivery.
Packages should arrive in about 15-25 business days depending on customs. Expedited shipping should take about 7-14 business days.
Orders are subject to additional duties/fees depending on your country. You will be charged duties/fees on our website during checkout.
